More aggravation than it's worth. I hold my breath every time I want to print something I'm actually shocked when I can print something with no problems at all currently I'm dealing with the situation again it can never find the printer it has an issue with this it's got an issue with that don't even know what to say at this point an ink not exactly cheap for this particular printer between the printer and this app location for it well I would get a new one but this was to replace the last one.

I have had this printer for at least 2 years. I just printed and scan something less than 5 days a part. Now it is not connecting. It has taken well over an hour and this time it's still not connecting. I have done everything from unplugging to reconnecting it to my device again, making sure it's connected to Wi-Fi. I'm going to get a new printer. I can't have this happening every time I have to scan something or print from my computer.

the NFC function sucks. The printer will not connect to my cell phone properly. Have to do a factory reset on the printer and uninstall and install the Kodak app constantly. And I have a Samsung Galaxy note 9. if my phone can't get it done, then no phone can. I'm so aggravated every time I go to print something with my phone I have to go through the whole procedure of resetting everything up again. And still it won't connect the majority of the time! Very frustrating! Looking for a new printer.
