I am using laundrokart for the first time and it was showing like 50% off for the first time users . I had applied the coupon. but after the order was taken then they have removed the coupon then later they had sent the bill without coupon. I had called the customer care they were telling like only 100 rs off they can give not 50% . They are just scamming people with fake offers and discounts so before you place the order call them and make sure your getting proper discount.

My service has been delayed twice now where order is delivered after 6 days because they fail to deliver on the promised day and extend by another day saying that they won't deliver because Wednesday is off. Exact same thing happened twice and I'm being charged way too much for this level of service. Definitely gonna start exploring other alternatives in the city.

They are pathetic in service, it's been 15 days and a single garment dry clean is not been done properly. Twice the garment has been picked and both the times the delivery was late. As they just communicate over the mail which is absolutely hard way to know updates on your order.I would definitely not recommend to use this application.
