About this app

LibraRisk is an innovative risk communication tool.

With LibraRisk you can:

- download to your smartphone or tablet the Civil Protection Plan
   Municipalities of your interest;

- refer to the contents of interactively plans, to find out
   risk areas, the scenarios of these areas can be developed, the
   resources of the local Civil Protection System (waiting areas, areas
   hospitalization, gathering areas, strategic facilities) and measures
   self-protection (good practices of conduct) to be taken to reduce
   your exposure to hazards;

- exploiting the warning system via push notification, to be
   informed on the conditions of hydraulic and hydrogeological criticality that
   Bulletins of the National Department of Civil Protection provide for
   your area and receive alerts directly from your municipality;

- help spread alerts and notifications, through a system
   multi-channel (Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, email and SMS);

- See streaming Twitter hashtag and the main channels
   Civil Defense at national and local level.

Librarisk is a tool of "edutainment", which has as its sole purpose
to encourage the spread of the "culture of risk." Not
understood in any way as an official means of alerting.
LibraRisk only works with preventive purposes. The safety of
people, property and the environment is ensured by procedures
operating officers of the Civil Protection Municipal Plan.
