Adding a card for payment is a huge issue. I have tried many times to add my card, and this is what has happened every time: I enter my information and then a page shows up, telling me to open my photoTAN app to approve everything. I open the photoTAN app and approve the addition of my card, then I go back to the previously mentioned page. I press "Submit" and nothing happens. No matter how much I hit "Submit," nothing happens and I have to press "Cancel," the only working button.

This complain is not aout the driver, but the platform. I made the booking through website, boking for AFTER. the system, or the operator, or whatever book the taxi right away. download the app, register to try to fix. nothing. nada. tried to call, nothing. hope you get competition in the are, since service is super poor

Wow, they have really tried to give you the worst experience ever. Why didn't they keep the old app? Everything was working in the old app... I had to restart 3 times the app in order to not get an error message while signing-up. (Although I already had an account on the old app, but at the dame company, so why do I need a new account??) I linked successfully my credit card but when I try to order a taxi, it says payment failed.
