SuperDevice
SuperDevice is a lightweight “Device Info + Toolbox” app. It helps you quickly inspect key hardware/system information and provides practical utilities for testing, troubleshooting, and comparing devices.
What you can do
1) Dashboard overview
- See a quick summary of your device, Android version, SoC/CPU, GPU renderer, and screen (size/refresh rate).
- Track key status cards such as RAM usage, storage usage, battery, and network.
2) Detailed pages
- System: Android version/API level and build-related information.
- SoC: CPU architecture, core frequencies, GPU info, and ABIs.
- Network: Wi‑Fi details and network interface information.
- Battery: level, temperature, voltage, technology, and power source.
- Display: resolution, DPI, refresh rate, and more.
- Memory: RAM and storage-related information.
- Camera: camera hardware parameters overview.
- Convenient actions: long-press to copy important fields, quick share where available.
3) Toolbox
- Ping: connectivity and latency testing with basic configuration and statistics.
- Traceroute: route/path probing.
- URL Speed Test: test and compare download speed for specific URLs.
- Speed Monitor: location-driven speed monitoring.
- Satellite Info: GNSS satellite information.
- Magnetic Field: 3-axis magnetometer readings with trend view.
- Noise Meter: observe relative noise intensity from the microphone, with local history.
- Floating Monitor: overlay monitor that can display on top of other apps.
- Widgets: home screen widgets for quick at-a-glance device overview, RAM, storage, and battery.
4) Personalization
- In-app language switch.
- Dark mode (follow system / on / off) and customizable theme colors.
Permissions (used on-demand)
- Location (precise/approximate): GPS/satellite info, speed monitoring, and some Wi‑Fi info (Android restrictions apply).
- Microphone: required for Noise Meter.
- Camera: required for camera details on supported devices.
- Phone: some operator/SIM/network-related details (varies by Android version and OEM restrictions).
- Bluetooth: Bluetooth-related details and capabilities (varies by Android version).
- Overlay (draw over other apps): required for Floating Monitor.
Privacy
- No account required.
- The app focuses on on-device reading and local presentation. Network access happens only when you initiate network tools (e.g., ping/speed test).
- Some settings/history may be stored locally (e.g., theme and noise history) and can be cleared in the app.
Notes
- Some device details may be unavailable or limited depending on Android version, OEM restrictions, and granted permissions.
- Noise Meter shows an estimated relative intensity (not a calibrated dB SPL sound level meter).
