I CANNOT STABD THE NEW APP OR THE NEW WEBSITE!!!!! THEY BOTH SUCCKKKKKKKK!!! ID RATE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. The old version was way better or maybe they can find a different version but this new version is extremely confsuing and absolutely STUPID!!! I LITERALLY AM CONTEMPLATING CHANGING BANKS OVER, BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I HATE IT SO MUCH!

The app was good, now it's really bad. Credit card section isn't accessable right away, you must first choose it, then the blank screen will come up, you must click BACK and choose it again to be able to access it. It's 2023, come on now

This app is ridiculous. Why change something when you already had something good out?? I was not told about them releasing a completely new app. Who decided there needs to be a new app? I guarantee it was NOT the customers. New password requirements that's SO ridiculous. Who is going to remember all that after 20years using same one? Come on. It is poorly created app. Confusing. It is not easy to work with.
