Ratings and reviews

When I open the app, it just rotates the screen back and forth then shuts down. Useless on the pixel 6a. I need my medical information, this is unacceptable.

Very convenient!! Great for getting msg to doctor and/or staff. Request refills and schedule appointments. Can access your labs. Keeps your records at your fingertips. Excellent televisit!!! Get face-face w/doc from comfort of home. Can upload images. Schedule visits with reminders. Pay bills. Literally EVETYTHING you need for monitoring your health in one local spot accessible by you AND your doctor. BEST app EVER!!!

The app has been working perfectly for more than a year, until recently. When I try to click on a message or report the app shuts down. I looked for an update or fix but have yet to find anything. Please advise.
