Worst banking experience ever! We were told when we opened an account here that transactions are posted in real time on the app-they're not! We were also told that they have a 24hr grace period of you overdraw your account in which to bring it out of the negative before any fees get charged -they don't! We've watched multiple times where things post in the app then all of a sudden it's pending for several days and they charge fees. Avoid them at all costs!

Not so real time! This app is causing problems by not being real time! The fallout from it not being real time is hitting my pocket book! One minute it shows all the transactions and an available amount. Then it's overdrawn and fee fee fee. We don't check a book, we go by what we thought was real time transactions. This is not the first time this app has done this to us. But I guarantee it will be the last!

I know some people might find the app outdated looking but for a small credit union with two locations the app is perfectly functional and provides all the services it needs to. Especially since they added mobile deposit.
