terrible. trying to use autopay, and it does two things. either it doesn't pay AT ALL, or it charges you twice. plus, when you try to get a refund, customer service gives you five different numbers of your balance and doesn't listen to you.

Seems like EP electric always cheaps out on IT services. Website is dreadful, app is probably even worse. I have been trying to set up automatic payments for over a year now and still cannot complete any form without either nothing happening, or getting some kind of error or the application crashing. If you want to hire a competent IT company, visit guavalabs.io and get your IT situation under control.

I have tried numerous times to contact customer service (at least 10 times via email and via phone), because I receive a message that I am locked out. The instructions are complete nonsense, because I still can't log in after password change, you guys supposedly unlocking my account, changing browser, etc. This app is completely useless and I am very upset with you guys who are unable to facilitste this customer process.
