Keeps saying I have to update the app almost every time I try to use it. That's very annoying and it's the main reason that I haven't gone paperless on my account. Difficult to use if you can't get it to work. Uninstalled the app and then, reinstalled it. Now says it's downloading updates......for 2 hours???? This is utterly ridiculous. Here I am almost a year later, the app worked for a little while. The app is showing that the last update was January 2024....really?? I've contacted support.

The app is terrible. When it works, it works, when it doesn't, it doesn't. It seems a delete and reinstall is constantly necessary. I like to use the PIN method to login, when reinstalled, a full login is necessary, and I always seem to forget my password, since the app asks for password updates seemingly all of the time. The deletes and reinstalls almost always lead to a call to unlock electronic banking for me. Bank security measures are always keeping my account secure,...from myself.

When it works, it works well. It's limited to certain features, and lately anytime I open it even though I have my fingerprint set it still makes me authenticate nearly every time, and makes me re-enroll my number each time it does that. Like I'm setting the app up for the first time everytime I open. It never used to do that. Overall, needs a bit of work.
