It's a fun game, BUT DO NOT make any in-game purchases!!! They will take your money and not give you the purchase. I have tried multiple times to contact them to get my money back, but they make it almost impossible to report it.

After a certain level they require you to get 720 coins in 2:20 so unless you want to buy diamonds or coins with real money, or have all your doctors upgraded you can't beat it. Sometimes I wish these developers weren't so money hungry.
