I want my money back! I paid for this less than 24 hrs ago and can't use it. It won't work on my kids phone. This app is horrible! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Update: They fix the bugs, but it never lasts long. I'm constantly locked out of the app, and cannot see any of my child's activity. Customer support is a joke! The Safe Lagoon app was more helpful. Original post: The app eventually stops working after full purchase. Save your money! All you'll get is error codes. Changing settings, viewing recent activity, etc... useless. No one from customer service replied, except to deny me a refund.

It is working fine but all of a sudden it's saying invalid debiice, No network or network problem and more. I don't understand why this application just stop working. Love this application so much to control my childs screen time. But now I can't. Please fix the problem.
