I want to report some bugs i experience. While creating tickets it doesn't allow any special characters that means if i write any full stops or apostrophes it won't let me generate the ticket. I get it if you do it for security purposes but you can safely allow these few exceptions used in daily communication.

Can you add some feature like Internet on/off through application and Check internet speed through app....... When I see connected devices they not show me device names only show unknown devices tell me solution......

In the recent update the connected device option is gone , kindly fix the issue , I blocked a device from my wifi now I cant unblock it.
