This new app makes accessing your Peach Pass account easier while you’re on the go! Peach Pass customers can quickly manage their account without having to go online or call the Peach Pass Customer Service Center. Through this new app, Peach Pass customers can expect an upgraded experience making it easier to manage accounts, access pertinent information, and find quicker answers to frequently asked questions. Ratings and reviews

I have not been abke to log in to the app, so this is not a review of the whole app. I have a longish password. When I enter it into the app, it gets cut off 3 characters short. I realize I can change my password, but I do not want to. I can use it on the website without problems. When I try to do chat support, I state my problem and get cut off, asking for a review. Please fix either or both issues.

This "app", like so many others, is nothing more than a wrapper for the web site. Given that the web site itself is already a terrible experience it would be understandable that the "app" is also terrible. While simply trying to update an expired card I have now been charged three times for the same transaction. Customer service claims that they only see two transactions, both of which failed. I have never had problems like this before.

This app didn't get better, just different level of uselessness. I don't see how to save my login, so I have to type it in every time. Then, there is still no way to get an info on open lanes in a nice readable format. How about just a button: open lanes - and the list of them? You can get an info from the same source where prices are getting posted on billboards? Why it is so complicated, when it should be so easy and user-friendly?..
