This app looks and feels like a product manager put it together. The testing must have been done in about 10 minutes. No instructions for wi-fi, Bluetooth randomly connects. I went back after a week of not working on it, and all of the settings were gone. I'm having to restart again. Documentation is miminal. Overall just a very poorly researched and tested product

It will not stay on I have the same issues people have been having since release and the app itself has a lot of issues. Lights turn off and on randomly regardless of what I do or how I set it so I am going to try a 24/0 for a bit. Hope they fix it I paid good money for a working product but seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. 08-19-2024 no improvement at all I am at a loss of What to do with the products I bought they don't even work as surge protectors.

Works great for controlling my fan. I had some trouble at first, but I turned the knob on the fan to off, deleted it from my phone, and started over. I reconnected my phone to the fan, set the temp and humidity settings, turned the strategy switch to on, and it's finally working! 💪 We could definitely use some better instructions! They don't even mention the strategy switch, and that's what turns on auto mode. 🤦‍♂️
