The calculation service level (capacity of the roundabout) is based on an accelerated virtualization circulation process in a roundabout or traffic circle.
The vehicles will moving at the proper speed. Comply with traffic rules and act as regular drivers, ie, properly know the path to follow. On the other hand, heavy vehicles have a slower and slower to react, as would be expected.
Establishes the service level values (A to F) as the delay time in the gazebo. As criteria level of service will use the Capacity Manual 2010 TRB (HCM 2010), the HCM 2010 considers the delay as the amount of time a driver spends in the queue (delay by tail) and the time you spend the front of the queue waiting to enter an acceptable roundabout (geometric delay) gap. Service levels will be evaluated by rail, access and set gazebo.
