At LEAD, grooming knowledge for impact entrepreneurs is a strategic goal. The journey book will help position LEAD as a learning organization and ensure that employees at LEAD are constantly upskilling and finding new ways to improve the way they approach their allocated responsibilities.
Creating impact requires a combination of talent, thought leadership, creativity, skills, the ability to continuously learn, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Over the years we have created an enabling environment at LEAD that combines the art and science of grooming these capabilities in our team. This consists of triangulating training on solid concepts, combined with in-depth fieldwork, learning by doing, and exposure to a wide range of experts, change-makers, and leaders. This “way of grooming” is one of our strongest USPs.
Through a curated list of courses, that include self-paced, internally developed content as well as externally validated and instruct-led modules, we hope to provide our employees a large canvas from which to devise their own training goals and structure their learning pathways. The ultimate goal is to nurture and build strong talent who will help us create impact and then go on to build exciting careers in the development sector.
