About this app

The app provides a combination of the measurements with very interesting data and information to the end user and to the service party:

Ideally, the water softener should regenerate once a week. If 14 days go by without regeneration, then something is really going on. This is reported in the service dashboard.
After a regeneration, the salt tank produces brine again. The solution lasts up to 4 hours. The salt should drop within four hours of a regeneration. If it doesn't, there's probably something wrong in the salt tank.
The regeneration steps are counted. If the control takes too long or not all steps are completed, this is seen as an acute malfunction and code red will be passed on to the service platform.
If all regenerations have been carried out properly and there was always enough salt available during these regenerations, we know that the status of the water softener is good. This is a fact that the end user would like to know. This, together with salt level and water hardness, is visually displayed in the smartphone app as colored circles.
