Installed this App on my mobile but couldn't open it? It keeps stopping & couldn't figure out what went wrong? Any help? Please advise.

Although the bank services are great and wonderful staff, to enter any branch is almost impossible because of the uneducated bank guard. I wish one day the bank's management do something to solve the problem out.
