I love banking with ORNL however I feel the app is lacking in some departments. I can't see both of my checking accounts that I have at one time. I have to log out of one and log into the other which is a major pain when I'm trying to balance bills in between the 2 accounts. Also every time I do this the app wants me to remember the device again even though I have done this step a too many times to count. Can this please be fixed? Otherwise the bank itself and the rest of the app is wonderful!

Latest update makes me frustrated. Really liked this app before but lately, all the times it wants to send me code is ridiculous. I authenticated. just doing a xfer between my savings and checking, I need another txt code? its an internal xfer! save that for external. Also, I don't see notifications about the txt code when I'm in this app. I have to keep my android info bar pulled down or I don't see the code. used to get a popup. Love ya ORNL but y'all over engineering this app now.

For the past couple of months, everytime I open one of the accounts to view, it will suddenly shut down and I have to log on a 2nd time. it didn't used to dont that. I got a new phone a week ago and had to reset my account and it still does that. So I'm sure the problem is in the app since it's done that on 2 different phones of mine.
