I love the idea and what works is great but there are definitely some bugs and the support is not what I've come to expect from Franklin Covey. It will only sync once per day which is problematic if, like me, you alternate between mobile and desktop. I have tried 3 emails and 3 tech support tickets and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I am still using though so that says a lot.

The android app is slow and crashes multiple times per day. Not customizable, versatile, or attractive, with dated design and functionality. As it was with my old palm pilot, syncing seems to be a big hangup, which is difficult for me to forgive these days. There is just no excuse, especially when I pay a monthly fee. I've been a Covey disciple since the beginning, but I am tired of paying for mediocre products. Make your products equal to the high standards and principles you preach.

I've been looking for years for an app inspired by Franklin Covey planners. Weekly planning based on mission, values, roles, and goals is the best conceptual model out there for living a satisfying life, and PlanPlus Online is designed with that model in mind. There's a learning curve, but those who have used the Franklin Covey model will intuitively grasp much of the process. Support is excellent. I took the week free trial, used this app fully, and signed up for the annual plan. I use it along with the desktop site, which makes dragging and dropping easy.
