As seen below from another user, this seems to have happened before. I sent an email with receipts and screenshots to demand back my money. I badly need that money for my school payment activities and u claim it without any reason. I want my money back ASAP!!!!

My child (4y) has somehow subscribed to their annual membership costing £37.99. As seen below from another user, this seems to have happened before. I sent an email with receipts and screenshots to demand back my money 3 days ago and still no answer!!! I WANT A REFUND ASAP!!!!!!

Don't use dark patterns to trick people into subscriptions or payments. I'm an app developer myself and couldn't stomach the app for more than 20 minutes . This shouldn't be allowed.
