This app is great for looking at pantries but sometimes for some of them it has the wrong days so just call or email to check. BUT what will make this so much better is if there was a filter button to look up specific days or times you want to go instead of location only because I wanted one that was open Friday but I had to click everyone to see which one was open Friday.

When working properly, the app is fine. But a deal of time it does not. Often I will put in the name of a long time registered client and the app will not pull the name up. It will sometimes go to the name and then quickly go to a list without the name I am looking for. It does not flag duplicates. Names of people who are not our clients and have never had a visit with us pop up on our client list. There is only a short same day window for correcting duplicate entries.

This app is a nightmare. Since it has to do with charitable services, thar makes this 100 times worse. You need help, you are trying to make appointments to get help. you are already stressed. Then you have to use just the most glitch filled, NON USER FRIENDLY app that you could EVER TRY TO USE. I give up, I am no longer going to TRY to use it to schedule visits to Corner Field Market in NC food bank. So no visits to the food bank for my family.
