I love playing this, but haven't been able to for over a month because I can't get past the loading screen. The game tells me I've been logged out because I had logged in from a different device (which never happened), and then just stays on the loading screen indefinitely. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - same problem. Too bad I have to delete the app.

Very disappointed. I recently started using this app again, and was enjoying it. Unfortunately, for about a week now, the game just won't load. I continue to receive the same error telling me I'm logged in elsewhere. I've only ever played on my phone. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled today, but the error persists. No longer able to play, and don't know how to fix the error.

I have been emailing, and I get no response from tech service. My game is down AGAIN!! It loads halfway and then stops. It says to email you a screenshot, which I did more than once, and you still haven't replied or fixed it. I don't recommend this game if they can't respond or fix their own creation. Bad technical service. Lots of problems with this game, but they'll gladly take your money if you want to buy chips!
