Repayment Terms:
Bill is generated every month. Users have the option to convert bills to EMIs from 3 months up to 15 months. Users can also repay the bill in full at no interest cost by the due date. Loan repayment tenure ranges from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 15 months.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR):
Ranges from 18%-70%. APR is communicated on the app while converting a bill to EMIs or taking a loan. APR will be different for different tenures of EMIs.

Interest Rate: 18% per year (reducing)
Processing fees: 2.5%

Total Interest Payable: ₹11,196

Monthly installment (EMI): ₹9,266.32
Total Cost of the Loan: Interest Amount + Processing Fees = ₹2,500 + ₹11,196 = ₹13,695
APR: 24.8%

Interest Rate (APR): 18% per year
Repayment Amount: ₹1,09,000

Permissions:
As per NPCI regulations, it is mandatory for UPI payment apps to enable SIM binding (send and receive SMS) from the user’s device to auto populate OTP on NPCI common library for authentication and authorization of payments. Ratings and reviews

I've been utilizing this application for UPI transactions over the past few days. However, I've encountered several issues that require attention. Specifically: 1. The prepaid mobile recharge feature is non-functional. 2. The loading time is excessively slow. 3. The profile section is unresponsive, preventing me from updating my information. Despite these technical issues, I applaud Bharatpe's initiative. I look forward to prompt bug fixes, enabling a seamless user experience.

I recently downloaded the BharatPe application, hoping for a seamless experience, but unfortunately, the app keeps crashing repeatedly. Despite reinstalling it multiple times, the issue persists. It becomes quite frustrating when you need to access your account urgently, but the app fails to function properly. I hope the developers address this problem soon with an update to improve the app's stability. This app has great potential, but these technical issues need to be resolved for a smoother.

Edit: Thank you for your response BharatPe Developer. Your customer support guided on me how to delete the account! Thrilling experience! -100/5 rating if possible. Previous Review: a half cooked app, where everything keeps getting redirected to postpe. Given your rebranding to BharatPe, it would be great if you could atleast take down the postpe application pages. On top of this, there is absolutely no way in which I can delete my account despite having 0 dues, and non usage since March,2023.
