Very disappointing experience. I received damaged notes and informed the team immediately. I shared all the required details and even sent a video as requested, but still they refused to replace the notes. There is no proper support or responsibility once payment is done. I strongly suggest others to think twice before using this app. If any issue occurs, they do not help the customer. I faced this problem personally, so please be careful.
