This app is trash. It never stays connected. Tech support told me it was bad board. Board replaced and still disconnects all the time. They guy who installed it told me that I could unplug and plug it back up to fix it. That works for about 1 hour then disconnects. Rainsoft should do away with this app if they're softener system cannot actually communicate with it.

LAST UPDATE: Like everyone said... System keeps showing disconnected. Total junk app. UPDATE: Worked with tech support which was good. Took about a week to get system back synced to the app. Basically have to remove everything from app and add system. Unfortunately this took several tries over several days as each time you add the system, you have to wait (24hrs). Now carbon filter also shows.

Sure would be nice if the water system could go more than a few days without disconnecting. Barring that, why not have it automatically reconnect when it can? The app itself seems OK, but the implementation on the water system itself leaves a lot to be desired. No auto-reconnect, frequent disconnects, and the absurd reliance on 2.4 Ghz WiFi. Hire some devs who know how to get this thing working, please.
