You are lucky if it works, but if you have any problems, the support team is unhelpful. In my case, it works on Android. On Windows it freezes the system. Support told me the wrong cause twice and finally gave me a pat answer that implied: "Actually, we do not know why the problem occurs (but we checked the logs, so it must be one of your Windows applications!) Reinstalling Windows will definitely help!... Also, they denied refund request justifying it as their "anti-laundering measures"...

The issue lies with a third-party app on your Windows, disrupting the VPN. These may include antivirus software, firewalls, or other VPNs. While we can't name specific apps, this is likely the cause.
You can verify this by the fact that the Android app works correctly.
Also, you can verify this by installing the application on a clean Windows.

Great app! I use it for 2-3 years on Android, Windows and iOS and it works good on each of this platforms. Sometimes I met bugs, but they got fixed pretty quickly.
