It is almost impossible to get RedTeaGo to resolve an issue if you have a problem. I bought $2.00 worth of credits that wasn't showing up in my account. Emailed for help multiple times, sending screenshots of the transaction. Almost a week later, RedTeaGo still has not resolved the problem, customer support takes days to respond, if at all. A scam to purchase credits and not receive them, then have customer support be non-responsive and unhelpful.

The app is really easy to use and doesn't ask for personal info. From a technical perspective, it worked flawlessly on my Pixel 4a — the eSIM activation was fast and without hiccups. In the USA, it can use either T-Mobile or AT&T. Speeds are mostly OK. They advertise 1GB / $1 in many countries, including the USA; however, it's just an introductory rate. If you want to add more data or change to another plan, the cost will be 5-6 times higher. Still, one of the cheapest eSIMs out there.

E-Sim's, I mean, one of the main points of them, is, convenience, & I guess too, this can attract customers to move over to their network, this level of convenience, to just move over to a network or if it's your first network, to easily choose a network and connect, rather than waiting for a physical sim card in the post and messing about with the pin sim tray opener etc. And 1$ is definitely cheap ! hope I could get discount for the next time as well, even not, still a better alternative to a local SIM, speed and rates are nice, but I wish they could provide VoIP service as well
