Your Product page website is very confusing. Some of your products use USB 2.0 and others USB 3.0. But even the USB 2.0 products claim to have 4k support. How is this possible over USB 2.0?

Still trying to learn how to put this app and my Obsbot tail air to it's full potential.

I love your camera when it works I have an android when I first got OBSBOT it came on easy allowed me to view my records, now it doesn't come on without resetting everything & resources keep failing it never lets me view my records & on my computer it has no reord although it says I recorded something - I'm very frustrated I got another week to research your camera & then I will make my final decision - it could be I don't know what I am doing conclusion at first day purchase it worked great
