Apps works but does not send notifications to my phone. I have to manually go in now since the update and look myself. All notifications are on my phone and app, motion detection, wifi is fine and still won't send me a notification. Been this way for a week and customer service is a joke and doesn't listen that I have all settings the exact same way and still don't get them. If I am in the app they will pop up but not if I am not in it now. Fix it!

Today all day the app says "network error" or "system error" when I'm trying to uninstall and install again. I had one camera for almost 2 years and didn't have any problems so I bought second one and everything was great for probably 4 months but today the app just stopped working. Everything else in the house doing great with the network including different brand security camera. And I have no idea if it will work again because of no support, no notifications about the problem.

I have enjoyed the cameras and app; however, the last 2 days I'm seeing a "No available network connection" error in the app. I still receive motion detection notification and my phone is connected to a network (all other apps and internet access are connecting fine) but no access to cameras or library. I attempted help from the chat function, no agents available. I emailed tech support, email has a delivery failure. The website listed under Developer Contact reroutes to a different product.
