Ratings and reviews

The worst drivers, the app is good, but the service is 0, they accept bookings, but if the trip is short or they don't like it, they ll text you to cancel from your end and will charge you fee, you need to call customer service every time to get it back.

Never book rides with this app. They show you 30% discount but later promo code not accepted while booking. Also drivers having there own conditions. Pathetic and useless service.

hear me out, I don't usually trust taxi or chauffeur applications, but this has been amazing, this app is so great and easy, and I was skeptical at start so I talked to their team from the contact info mentioned in the app they reassured me, I've been called for confirmation several times, they have been very helpful and professional, my driver showed up on time on trips I took from Alain to Ajman, I would definitely be using their services again they're incredibly reliable and trustworthy.
