The app is always jamming, the app keeps saying "No Internet connection, this operation can't be made" Help us and resolve the problem, thank you.

I don't kkow if you guys are even taking time to look through the reviews. How do you expect me to scan a QR code yet it's on the same phone am using? How do I register a new profile? This app is turning out to be a frustration and very inconveniencing. We should have stuck with the OTPs.

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered while banking online. It's data consumption is alarming yet it yields no results. One can't access his bank details yet fully registered!!!
