I would give this app 4.5 stars, if it had the feature of TURNING the F*** OFF when headphones are disconnected. (Warning, will very loudly feedback) And 5 stars if somewhere is explained what gold silver copper & iron are. ---@ all those who complain about delay. That's not their fault, programs only run as well, as is good the hardware running it. For me, the delay is about 1-2 seconds. - - Other than that, this app is the best I've found for listening to your surroundings. No other ones (of which I encountered) have the ability to control the decible amplification as clearly as this one. - - Give 6 stars, and my soul, if you could use the next & previous song buttons to control the amplification during listening, and play/pause button to turn on and off.

Tried at least 8 different hearing aid apps here in google play but this one stands out as the best in sound amplification. Though I like the UI of others with equalizers but they're too weak. Another good one stops when the screen locks. So, I've finally chosen this app. It only lacks equalizer and a volume control while in use. I wish the developer would come out with an update with incorporated equalizer and volume control as the volume control of this version can only be adjusted before using.

Obviously those who require hearing assistance will have a range of hearing impairment and I think it's unreasonable that there should be those who complain about these apps not doing enough. Personally, using a Samsung Galaxy 7 series phone, I have found this app to be tremendously beneficial and I am sincerely impressed with it and to the extent that I'm taking the time to write this review. I wish to thank the app developer for having done such a fine job, thank you.
