Ordered , waited a few days and then auto cancelled my order..... I called service centre and they asked if i didnt pick up their delivery guy phone call 🤣🤣🤣

It make my shopping experience more convenient. No need to carry physical member card anymore, there is virtual membercard in app. And now there is loyalty program for member in app for online and instore purchase. I can see how much coins i have earned, and i can redeem instantly from app. I like it.

If I order something online, don't call me 4 times during work hours - 1. To confirm order. 2. To ask if the items can be delivered today. 3. To ask about my address and directions 4. To ask for directions again when nearby. Just deliver the items... If I ordered and went through checkout, yes I ordered it... For address, I gave out my address and Google maps point. No need to call me 4 times. Just deliver to my house FGS
