60 sec only for the OTP, impossible to create an account, then The app in usable. On simba network, I never received the SMS OTP in less than 60 seconds, so the app in literally unusable. (had to use a singtel sim card) Should extend to at least 2 min. Also to allow senior to key in the OTP more easily. Easy fix, but quite amazed that release passed UAT

I turned on the push notifications to track my parcels but I never got any. The interface when switching between the parcel tracking page and the main page is very badly done. I had to quit the whole app to go back to the main menu. I have two parcels to track and I can't even go back to the list of tracking numbers that I've entered. Same thing, had to quit the app.

I saw the 90% 1 star reviews saying the app doesn't work at all. Was still hopeful and tried. But the app doesn't work at all. You can click around in the Ui, yes, but that's about it. I tried to renew mail box but it doesn't get pass the first part. The interface doesn't even work at all. Person on top, PLEASE test through your app personally or change your lousy programmers. They are taking your salary and giving you a broken app. Even the website doesn't work.
