One of the worst experiences ever. Use of an app should make life easier and it should act as the medium that keeps a consumer from needing to physically attend to get something done. Authentication failed, user interface is trash. I think I am going to switch to Dialog. Worst experience ever, I hope the company fails.

SLT is the worst internet service provider within the 4G broadband service in Sri Lanka. Their app is also similar to their internet service. There is a complaint registration system available in this app. I registered a complaint last year, but still haven't received any response.

This app is complete garbage. I got a new fibre connection after days of them bugging us and now after I reinstalled the app under their instructions, I cannot add in my existing account and check details anymore.
