Used to work perfectly fine...before the last updates. Now I can't pay my union dues, can't log in to my account from the app or smw104 home page. In the app after a lot of attempts to log pop up msg says "Our mobile app only supports the Member acc type at the moment please try our website instead" On the website pop-up msg after the login attempt says "choose an account " without any option to choose from but with the option to "sign out". How that is possible? Can't do better- don't touch it!

We apologize for your login issues. Members with certain account statuses need to contact their dispatch office to resolve their issues and regain online access. We’ve made changes to communicate this better on mobile and are evaluating similar changes for the web. We are continually improving the mobile experience, please review us in the future!

They have updated and cleaned up a lot of things, but now log in is a pain. I had my password but it wouldn't work. I will click forgot password and go through that whole spiel, and then as soon as I log out and try to log back in, it tells me I have invalid input and won't let me log in. I then have to redo the whole forgotten password spiel just to login in again, and as soon as I try to log out and then log back in, I get the same error.
