Ratings and reviews

It is easy to use but the mobile app has many issues. It does not resize photos to meet each platforms limitations and right now it cannot access my camera roll or attach a photo to a post. Figure it might need updating. No, it's up to date and now I'm rating the application while angry and frustrated. Edit: over 4 months now and still no fix for the photo issues. Messaged them and they said they were surenan update was put out for it but it hasn't.

Not good. Keep getting "foreach" errors and the application never actually loads. Can't comment on the functionality as I can't use it! Update: I have now been able to access the app. The features for posts are very basic. Have now cancelled my account. The company should take application capabilities seriously.

Well, they say all the right things to get you signed up, they have a pretty good desktop dashboard to help plan your social media- but the app? Sheesh. Nothing loads, no notifications for posting, no scheduled posts appear in the queue, you can't create posts in it without it glitching, and you can't post without having the app. Sadly having to find another social media planner, this one's too much work to get anything done right. 😔
