Cannot delete more than one message at a time. Navigation on the new app is anti-intuitive and makes zero sense. Bill pay is more confusing than it is helpful. I guess they had to follow government guidelines so our spending could be more easily tracked or something, because I don't believe they would put this app out in the condition it is in on purpose. Update 8/24/24. Can now delete more that one message at a time. Moved from one star up to 3.

I actually like the new UI on the latest update. I find it's easy to navigate around. My only gripe is that now the push notifications that used to say for example "$40 was credited to account XYZ", now it just says there was an expense/change to XYZ account and you have to log in in order to see the actual dollar amount of the expense. Really annoying when I used to pay bills and then get phone notifications confirming a certain dollar amount was taken out.

Ugh! The People's Trust app was so much better. User interface was just better in general. Bill Pay was much easier to use. I could see bills due. It would know which bills are coming due for easy viewing and payment. I'd get notifications. I am not liking this one at all. Oh And now I am overdue on items i set up paperless billing for because that didn't get transferred over. I receive zero notifications or emails when the bill is received. Thank you FSCU for screwing up my payment history.
