The app does not open correctly, it crushes 3 to 5 times before opening each time

Asks to agree to terms of service but no such text or document appears and hence cannot agree to them. Am stuck on this screen and cannot proceed

Apps no accessible, but works on PC, cannot access my account through the App, only on PC.
