I own and manage a HMO letting agency called GM Letsnand Spareroom is by far the best app/platform for finding good quality tenants. It's got better and better over the past years (I've been using it since 2019 onwards) and I can hold my entire database of potential tenants inside it with the new tagging system. Search facility is great. Prices affordable. Customer service ace. Can't fault SR at all.

Useful with some quality of life changed needed. Rightmove has an option to draw an area on a map to find places to search, which would be helpful here. Besides this, the app does what it needs to do.

I've used this app years ago too, it was good. Now on the new installation, I'm not able to send messages. It takes forever when I hit send, its stuck on sending mode. If I hit backwards, says "discard message?"Any one can help?

What's new

In this update, you’ll see that your ad has been supersized in the search results if it includes you and/or your flatmates. If you’ve not yet added a video, you can do so from our newly improved upload experience on the Manage Ad screen. We’d highly recommend it!

We’ve also overhauled the visual design of our broaden search suggestions to make them clearer and introduced a couple of new filters (low / no deposit ads, free to contact ads).
