I have 8 Spypoint cameras and one Spylink. Easy to set up if you're at least a little computer/app literate. When I set up a camera, whether a half mile away or 1000 miles away, if I have a problem with it, Spypoint tells you to get camera in hand. Wait...WHAT?? 😵The whole point of getting Spypoint is to NOT have to go get it. Especially when it's in another state. That update mess is a mess. Also, I've had two Spypoint Lit 10 battery packs swell and bust. Why? No one at Spypoint can tell me.

I am not able to access my camera settings on the Android app. I can see the pics in photo gallery but when I click on the cameras button it says Oops... Something went wrong. Reload and try again. I also have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times with no success. I did a chat with online support and the did not understand the issue they said to change batteries and SD card but it is the app that is the problem. Brothers app works fine on Apple phone with same cameras.

Love them. The Cameras get better reception then my cell phone in my off the grid deep woods spots. The app is great to, it allows me to change any and all photo/video/camera parameters on my smart phone any time, anywhere. This is key if your battery is running low and can't make the camera area for days or a week to replace the battery, just switch the camera settings to which use less battery.
