App is good! The Former problem seems to have been fixed with one of the updates. Now I have a problem with only being able to access one account. Dear Lord don't add a second account or it will tell you your credentials are wrong and if you try too many times you will be locked out. Then you have to wait in the que to get it fixed. And please make sure they reactivate each account. Ugh. im thinking of deleting the app and loging in on the website. Please fix this the app is handy when it works

This app is by far the worst bank app I've used. For car payments, you can't review transactions before submitting, you don't get a transfer confirmation, and you can't see the transfer in the history until it processes. Nothing shows as pending, it's simply not there. The bank itself doesn't have enough staff to handle calls so the wait time is too long. I'm glad it's just a car loan, I wouldn't bank with them. I am looking into a better loan provider because this one isn't worth the headache.

I really regret refinancing with this bank. First of all the app is incredibly old looking and doesn't function very well at all. It's not intuitive, I can't add my banking information or a new payment method for instance on the app. So what good is this app? It serves no purpose, I still have to use the website. Secondly it took me 4 hours to get connected to a representative... It took me 5 mins maybe max with regional acceptance. I'll be refinancing again as soon as I get my utilization down
