First bad experience. Spent more money that I have been offered, got bad attitude from customer service when I told them. cleaner also didn't receive my full requirements that I checked off my order. Had to call customer service to sort it out. No future plan to use this app as I don't feel comfortable that I actually will get what I bargain for or good service for that matter. Would be good to pay in-app, then our bargain would be guaranteed , and to show reviews of cleaners for us to choose.

Unprofessional. No way to evaluate the service in application. Ordered home cleaning and specifically requested an experienced maid. They sent a terrible rookie. Couldn't kick her out as I was tight on time. Take my advice and get someone you know can do the job well. Wish I saw the other reviews before I used the service.

Really very bad experience with them I had made an appointment and got confirmed call 2 weeks from my reserved date to confirm all details and send me the details for the one who will come And suddenly I had a call from Taskty one day from the appointment at 8 pm mention it's canceled as they couldn't reach me during the date though they didn't call me at all only at 7 pm and then another call at 8 which I responded Really disappointed I arranged all details for that day
