Edit: thanks for the reply. You're right, it was set as a 'sleeping app'. Toggled off, problem solved. Much appreciated and changed my rating to reflect the quick help and resolution. Impossible to listen to live radio. Every time the phone screen switches off, the content stops. Surely a bug? Can't find a setting to toggle to try to get around it. So annoying and sadly just means I can't listen to LBC from my phone.

Hi, Samsung users may experience issues you’ve described when using the LBC Radio App or other audio apps due to specific settings on the device. Samsung has provided an article you may find useful https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01200668/. I hope this resolves it, if not please contact customer.support@global.com.

Rubbish - clear bug with app for last few months... Which they haven't fixed. LBC please sort this out as it is running the experience. When you use another app and then move back to LBC app it doesn't allow play to resume. Instead you have to close LBC app and open again before it will play!! I've uninstalled and installed again but still doesn't work properly. V diapering this bug has not been sorted and fixed yet. I have a Sony Xperia 1iv running on android.

I've been struggling by signing out by app every week or 10 days ; morover; it's not the worst part. The worst thing is that it has been denied by applications for trying to log in, and I have to uninstall and downlowd applications again. This loop will have never ended.
