This app remote wave never worked when I actually HAD magic jack, I was NEVER able to listen to the messages through the email attachments although I could access through THEIR app. I finally stopped renewing after two years of never receiving any pertinent calls on my 30 year old landline number. I still get emails about messages which is laughable since I shouldn't even have a number anymore.

It sucks. I've already uninstalled and about to go searching for another voicemail attachment playing app...though it's doubtful I'll find one. Magic Jack is a great deal so I guess they ekinl on the extras and this is definitely one of them. Everything about Remote Wave absolutely is the worst it could possibly be. I'm sure of it. Don't even waste your time.

Magic Jack was once a service to enjjoy but now you are advised to avoid. I have tried to cancel several times and no longer pay for the service but they have not ended it so I keep getting emails letting me know I have a message which I cannot access if I wanted. I suggest that if you stop using it, before you do that change the message to indicate you have stoped.
