I do appreciate that, in the few games I've played, they are 'American English' defined/spelled clues. I am docking stars for the inability to input from a 'clue list;' the only option is to answer in the grid. There is nothing in the settings to change that. I find it more enjoyable if I can go through all accross/down, answering all I know first as opposed to only seeing one question at a time and automatically, and seemingly erratically, hopping to the next clue of its choice.

I enjoy the game, especially when I wake up at night and need a distraction to get back to sleep. the good: -one ad break at beginning -interspersed with easy words to fill some spots for clues for harder words -makes my brain sharper(relatively) - plenty of control options to move around - helps my spelling the frustrating: -sometimes the clues make you go..huh?, I dunno, there's no way I would guess what the word is without building it from other words -it seems like the game changed?

I dislike theme puzzles, and had almost given up on finding one that wasn't a theme, or 'Crosword' in setup. This is straight vocabulary, which I enjoy. Layout could be better, as took me awhile to find where the settings were located, and how to switch directions. But it's what I want. Something to let me relax, and help me to get to sleep. Thank you!
