The app and overall bank experience is not good at all. First, they keep charging me for the online Inform+ feature even though I don't get any information under this package anymore and not using it at all. They haven't charged it for a year and suddenly decided to charged out of nowhere. Last but not least, I've fully repaid my credit card and the bank unanimously decided to just nulify my credit limit even though I may have consider using those funds again in the future. Cannot recommend.

1. When trying to log in, it takes very long time. Most of the time, it gives an error. 2. When lucky enough to enter, can't send money, receiving an error. 3. Uninstalled and installed again the application, could not log in because it said i was already in the system with the device. 4. Very important: see number 2 1 star for the moment. :( Edit 1: Issue was seen few days ago and its still.present today Monday 5th of August

Sorry, we had temporary problems, now it's ok!

I didn't like from the start. A lot of bugs, zero support, limits that I can't change, but now I hate it! The last update completely removed push-notifications. This function just stopped work. And, as always, 0 support. All other software send me this notification, but this one not. And the unsware is - it is your fault hahaha. But you know what? Privat24 is way more better they this piece of mood! Live with it!
