Your mobile deposit app has been having issues for months now and has yet to be resolved. When you try to take a picture it closes prior to you being able to line up the check. This is the same issue I've called in about and the rep informed me that their is no issues with the app. I deleted the app and reinstalled it 3 times and still have the same issue. If you are not going to fix it please let your members know as they can seek other banking solutions where they can actually deposit checks.

When it works, it's quite good. I find it useful and straight forward, easily finding the functions I need. However, it does take a while to load, and 7/10 of the time it does not load at all. After successfully logging in, it gets stuck loading account data. Of late, not even a reinstallation fixes it. Clearing the cache doesn't fix it either.

It was working great, however currently, the app takes a long time to load pages after biometric verification and does not open often. Please investigate and find solutions to this case. As a temporary solution, it's worth mentioning that when I access by using my credentials (username and password), the data will be uploaded, and the app will work properly. Thanks a lot.
